About

Who I am

I’m a healthcare operator and entrepreneur. I build systems that turn complex operations into clear, scalable execution — for organizations, clinicians, and the families they serve. My career has been defined by one consistent belief: operational discipline is the foundation that makes everything else — technology, strategy, growth — actually work.

What I Do Now

I serve as SVP of Operations at Tally / Accurio, a company building the financial operating system for multi-site provider organizations. The platform uses AI to streamline the back end of healthcare finance — creating visibility, transparency, and action to solve complex revenue cycle problems and remove the inefficiencies that come with running finance across multiple sites. I lead client delivery, operational execution across 7 workstreams, and I’m on the COO track as the company builds toward Series A.

I’m also the founder of Avanti Strategy Group, a boutique advisory practice that helps healthcare organizations inject AI into their company infrastructure — whether they’re executing on operational plans, scaling a growth strategy, or building toward a funding event. The practice also covers value-based care strategy and attribution. I hold advisory roles with Clear Harbor Advisors, VivaScore, and Charta Health.

Where I’ve Been

I started my career as one of the first ten employees at VillageMD in 2015, helping build the company’s operational and strategic infrastructure from the ground up. Over nearly a decade, I progressed from manager-level roles to Vice President of National Strategies, supporting provider organizations and health systems navigating attribution, value-based care models, and scalable operations. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University and an Executive Certificate in AI in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School (2025).

What Drives Me

I’m a HYROX competitor who trains daily at 3:45 AM. I believe discipline is not a personality trait — it’s a system. The same mindset that won two state football championships at Bishop Chatard and made me team captain at DePauw drives how I operate professionally: consistent effort, clear priorities, ownership of outcomes.

I’m a husband and a father of three. I believe the future of healthcare depends on intelligent systems, responsible AI, and a deeper commitment to preventive models like Food is Medicine. I’m building a public voice around discipline, leadership, and healthcare innovation — with a long-term goal of motivating men to build healthier, more intentional lives.
