About

Steve Valdiserri is a results-driven healthcare operator and entrepreneur focused on building sustainable systems that work—for organizations, clinicians, and families. With a background spanning healthcare operations, value-based care strategy, and health technology, Steve brings a rare blend of execution discipline and long-term vision to every organization he supports. Raised in Indianapolis, Steve developed a strong foundation in discipline and accountability through athletics, winning two state championships in football at Bishop Chatard High School and later serving as team captain at DePauw University. That mindset continues to shape his professional approach: consistent effort, clear priorities, and ownership of outcomes. Throughout his career, Steve has focused on solving structural problems in healthcare—particularly those tied to operational inefficiency, misaligned incentives, and underutilized data. He believes the future of healthcare depends on intelligent systems, responsible AI, and a deeper integration of preventive models such as Food is Medicine and Food is Health. Outside of work, Steve is a HYROX competitor, training daily and competing multiple times per year. He is deeply committed to personal health, disciplined habits, and being a present, supportive husband and father to his two sons and daughter. He is also building a public voice around discipline, leadership, and healthcare innovation, with a long-term goal of motivating men to build healthier, more intentional lives.
